This hands-on experience gives her a unique perspective on the challenges faced by small business owners, allowing her to provide personalized, strategic guidance to help them grow and succeed.

Cindi Rourk, CEO of CLIMB Fund, expressed her enthusiasm for Teosha’s addition to the team:
"Teosha’s expertise, entrepreneurial mindset, and commitment to community development make her an incredible asset. Her leadership in the Upstate will help us strengthen our impact, ensuring that more small businesses have the financial resources to grow, create jobs, and build lasting economic resilience."
