Starting with our new name, CLIMB Fund, we are lifting up our identity as mission driven lenders who drive economic opportunity across South Carolina. We encourage you to read the full report, but first check out a few highlights:
- 73 new loans worth $5.3 million lent in FY21
- 54% of new loans were made to minority-owned businesses
- $4.9 million of new loan capital was raised
- 177 units of affordable housing financed
- 14% growth in net assets
